Dear Backers,
We are delighted to announce that we have shipped over 39 500+ parcels to 135 Countries worldwide in just under 3 months! Only a few more to go.
While we know that we are running a month behind schedule we take pride in the fact that we were able to produce 3 unique products and start shipping on-schedule despite our unexpectedly large number of orders and some inevitable set-backs.
Most of all we could not have foreseen the delays resulting from packing and sending 40 000 individual parcels.
We would like to thank you for being such incredibly patient and supportive backers! Thank you for supporting original and for helping inventors bring their ideas to life!
Some Troubleshooting Tips:
- If you are one of the few backers that still has not received your tracking number please check your Spam or Automatically Filtered Email Folders for emails from [email protected].
- Double check the email address used to place your order on Indiegogo! This is a common problem. Please make sure you are checking the email address you provided.
- If you received your tracking number and it is not returning any results yet please note that the information is taking slightly longer to process due to the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival; a National Chinese Holiday.
If you have followed the above steps and still have not received your tracking number you are likely one of the remaining orders shipping out and will receive your tracking number shortly. We apologise again for the delay and will do our very best to send these out as soon as possible!

Shipping Updates
Hi Backers, we are happy to see that many of you have received and are enjoying your Nimuno Loops!
Unfortunately we know that some of you are still waiting and we're doing our best to get these rolls to you as soon as possible. Shipping is taking longer than expected due to the logistics of sending 40 000+ individual parcels worldwide. On top of this we detected a mismatch in the IGG Stock quantities and as a result had to repackage a portion of the Original Tape stock. The repack meant that we were unable to ship out orders for approximately 10 days. This was extremely frustrating but we are up and running again, shipping out daily, and the remaining Non-Receiver/Nimonkey order shipments will be completed by the end of this week.
Receiver Tape Delay
We have completed the final phase of Quality control for the receiver tape. This is approximately 2 weeks behind schedule as we have had to modify the product design & material to meet our rigorous testing standards.
We have since signed off on the latest samples and have started production. Unfortunately however this will mean a delay in shipping the orders containing Receiver Tape or Nimonkeys. We have received confirmation that our first batch of Receiver Tape will be sent to the distribution warehouse on the 31st of August, and we will start shipping the orders on the same day.
We realize that news of delays are never pleasant and it is not easy to have to deliver this news to backers that have been so supportive and patient! As it stands we have shipped 70% of our orders.
To the remaining 30%; we are sincerely sorry about the delays and we have implemented new systems to get your orders to you as soon as possible as fulfilling these remaining orders is our highest priority.
We are extremely excited to be delivering the first ever Receiver Tape to you which will only be available in stores late 2018. We have adapted the design to improve grip and have been eagerly sticking odd objects all over the office.

Manufacturing & Shipping Timeline Updates 2
Hi Backers, we are getting quite a few requests about when you will be receiving your items, so here is a second update on where we are & when products are shipping.
When your products have shipped to you, you will receive your tracking number via email, if you have not yet received your tracking number, do no fret your order still needs to be packed and we will get to it as soon as possible.
Shipping Phase 1
We started shipping products on the 20th of July and have been shipping products out daily since then. The products we are shipping in Phase 1 are the 2 stud & wide rolls, and we expect to complete this phase of shipping by mid August. Due to the number of backers we have this is a time consuming process and we are doing everything possible to keep it running as fast as possible.
The 1st Phase forms 78% of our orders and will be closely followed by the receiver and Nimonkey shipping.
Manufacturing & Shipping Phase 2
The manufacture of the 2 stud & 4 stud rolls was completed just after our last update. Manufacture of receiver & Nimonkeys has started and we expect it to be complete and products delivered to our distribution center within the last 2 weeks of August. This means we will start shipping in August & shipping will be completed in the 2nd week of September.

NB: If you have ordered Nimonkey or Receiver Rolls, & in Backerkit collapsed your pledges, we will be sending your order of std &/or wide with the receiver or Nimonkeys you ordered. This is a change we have made since the last update due to an influx of requests from backers as it reduces the receiving process and cost.
We are really looking forward to you receiving your Rolls and having the fun we have been able to have with them X

Manufacturing, Shipping, and Timeline Updates
Hello Backers, it has been some time since our last update as we've been travelling to oversee production and we've been grafting on finalizing all the data needed for handover to our distribution partners, which was quite a task!
Manufacturing and Shipping Dates
Manufacturing of the Original Rolls is well under way! During our last trip we visited the factory where we saw the first production-ready Loops ready to be packaged for shipping! It was quite something to finally meet these guys after this incredible journey :)
We are delighted to let you know that we start shipping out the first orders of Original Rolls next week (Week of 17-21 July), on schedule as promoted during our Indiegogo campaign!
If you ordered any Receiver Tape or Nimonkeys these are on schedule to start shipping in August.
Please Note: This means that you will receive two separate parcels if your order includes Original plus Receiver Rolls and/or Nimonkeys.
Original Rolls account for around 75% of our orders which is why we will be sending out all Original Rolls first, followed shortly by the Receiver Tape and Nimonkeys. This is done to avoid shipping delays and backlogs at the distribution warehouse.
Please note that we have a large number of backers and even with the distribution warehouse sending out parcels daily it will take some time to process all orders.
We are thrilled that the shipping date is in sight and we're counting the days! Please excuse us if we are unable to reply to your emails and inquiries immediately; should you have dropped us a note. We have tried to reply as quickly as possible throughout our campaign but sometimes our resources are stretched thin :)
Rest assured that your orders will be on their way soon and that we have worked really hard to perfect the products you will be receiving. We hope it inspires creativity and joy in all its recipients and cannot wait to see what they will build! Thank you for continued support and trust, we feel honored to have you as our backers!

Manufacturing & Backerkit Update
Hi Backers, we might begin sounding like a stuck record but, Thank you for making Nimuno Loops a reality, we really appreciate your continued support :)
Samples & Manufacturing News
We have signed a manufacturing and license agreement with Zuru!! They have brought Bunch o Balloons, Fidget Cube, and other great products to market. Their Incredible team have made massive headway in developing a repositionable adhesive that is truly amazing, it seems to just stay sticky. We've selected the material fro manufacture, and finessed the product a bit .
I got to play with some samples yesterday, check what I made at my desk :)
We are going to be meeting with them and some potential fulfillment partners In 2 weeks to make sure everything is on track to deliver on time!
Backerkit
The Backerkit surveys are winding down and we will be locking orders and charging credit cards next week. Some of you need to fill them in to get the product you want, so please check the below points to see if you fall into one of these categories.
- If you are moving house any time soon, you need to fill in the survey with your updated address.
- If your perk doesn't specify the color &/or roll type in the title, you need to complete the Backerkit survey. (Please check the Perk you purchased to see if you need to fill it in) If not you will receive a default color, and roll type.
